Biography
Rachel Ghaman, PA-C is passionate about women’s wellness throughout their lifespan. As a Maryland native, Rachel earned her Bachelor’s degree from Penn State University before completing her Masters in Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Arcadia University. She joined Capital Women’s Care in 2019 after working in women’s healthcare at another highly prestigious practice in Washington, D.C. She is certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants. Rachel believes in establishing long-term relationships with her patients and truly listening to achieve their wellness goals. She provides preventative well women and adolescent care, contraceptive management, sexual health education, diagnosis and treatment of sexually transmitted infections, menstrual cycle issues, pelvic pain, pregnancy care, management of menopausal symptoms, and general gynecological problems. When she is not caring for her patients, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family and rescue dog.
